Pastor David oversees day-to-day leadership and management of pastoral staff and ministries. He helps to create an environment conducive to the realization of the churches’ mission and vision. He and his wife, Brianna, have been married since 2016 and have three kids.

John Baschieri is the Founder of New Life and our Kingdom Builder Global Pastor. He provides leadership in missions for New Life, with the aim of enhancing our global impact through Kingdom Builders. John and Diane are passionate about reaching the lost locally and globally. Pastor John and Diane have been married since 1975, have three children, and seven grandchildren.

Pastor Javi leads our Worship Department here at New Life. He has been in ministry since 2006 and his heart is to point people closer to christ through music, community and creative arts. He and his wife Debrah have 2 boys.

Pastor Michael leads our middle and high school students (New Life Youth). His goal is to see the next generation be built up as disciples of Jesus through ministry opportunities, encounters with God, and the teaching of the Word. He has been in ministry for four years now and looks forward to many more.

Pastor Jeremy leads our Nursery-5th grade students (New Life Kids). Jeremy and his wife Christina are passionate about helping kids discover their identity and build on their foundation in Christ. They also have a huge heart for parents and making sure that parents know they are not alone, and that the church is there to journey alongside them. Jeremy and Christina have been married for 16 years and have 2 sons and 1 daughter.

Pastor Ron leads our ministry to those ages 55 and up. Being part of Primetimers will help you build friendships, grow spiritually, find meaningful ministry opportunities, and receive resources to meet your needs in the second half of life. Pastor Ron and his wife, Krisan, have been in ministry for 39 years. They have two children and three grandsons.
